Facebook could replace my Facetime...

I just created a facebook page. In the course of an hour I had reconnected with over 10 friends that I had not talked to in over 10 years. I have possible plans to go to the Alabama/Georgia game with a couple of these friends. I am beginning to see that joining Facebook could possibly replace facetime altogether. I have had several requests from coworkers and close friends to be my "friends." It has become clear that I need some rules to go along with my new found indulgence.


Rule #1
If you live within 10 miles of my house I will be ignoring your requests to be my friend. If I'm your friend, just tell me in person.

Rule #2
If the number of my Facebook conversations surpasses the number of my Facetime conversations I have with you and I see you daily I will be reporting that you posted an inappropriate photo on Facebook.

Rule #3
I don't know what it is, but no one is allowed to "Poke Me!"

Bottom line is, I want facebook to enhance my relationships and open up more opportunities to hang out with the people I care about in person.
